These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and work carried out by PNT Duurzame technieken, established at Priemsteeg 2a in Haarsteeg, Chamber of Commerce number 56464134.
Quotes
All our quotes are without obligation and valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. The quote sets out what is supplied and installed, which materials are used and what warranty applies. Work not covered by the quote is only carried out after your approval.
Execution
We carry out the work with our own qualified engineers and in accordance with applicable standards and safety regulations. We agree the planning with you in advance. If additional work turns out to be necessary during execution, we discuss it with you before continuing.
Warranty
Manufacturer's warranty from the supplier applies to materials. We provide warranty on our installation work in accordance with the conditions stated in the quote. Warranty lapses in the event of damage through incorrect use, modifications by third parties or overdue maintenance.
Payment
Payment is made within the term stated in the quote or invoice. For larger assignments a deposit may be requested. Materials supplied remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full.
