We charge for a service per visit. What we do is fixed: check the system works correctly, go over the mounting and cabling and clean the panels if needed. If you combine it with your heat pump service, the engineer is with you anyway and that saves on the cost.
What it depends on
Our advice: do not compare on the bottom line alone. Check whether the same materials, the same warranty terms and the same work are included. A quote that comes out lower because the mounting structure or the grid registration is missing is not actually cheaper.
